'The Rigg and Furrow Project was a week-long music and environmental science project for c.30 disadvantaged children (SEND, SEMH, LAC and/or PP) aged 11-12. Based in Northumberland at Capheaton Hall, children gained first-hand experience of the countryside, engaging in workshops that explored rural landscapes and encouraged discussion on topics including farming, biodiversity, food security and rural development. Working alongside professional musicians and fine artists, the children created a site specific multimedia performance in response to their discoveries.'
